Conference connections program
What is it?
A program of fun activities to foster social interaction and develop social skills run by Corporate Kidz Australia. Parents will register separately with Corporate Kidz Australia about support requirements, behaviour, routines, likes/dislikes and interests.
Who is it for?
For individuals with CHARGE syndrome (6 years +) who have low support needs, and for siblings.
Sample program
The program will run on both Saturday and Sunday. Details to be confirmed depending on numbers and needs.

a chill out zone
some structured activities
Excursions
Activities around Olympic Park such as swimming, table tennis, walks, ball games.
Workshops
Two hour sessions covering topics such as social skills for people with CHARGE syndrome, siblings workshop, safety online workshop.
How much does it cost?
Cost: $380-$630 per child (subject to activities selected by provider)
This may be claimable from a funding package. Speak to your funding planner to check that you can claim.
Registration for this program
When you register for the conference, select the Connection program for the participant. You won’t need to pay for this program at the point of registering. Corporate Kidz Australia will contact you in April to complete the registration. Payment will be made directly to them, prior to the conference.
Spaces are limited. Registrations close: 31 March 2024.
About Corporate Kidz Australia
Corporate Kidz Australia provides event childcare throughout Australia. They tailor children's activities to suit the event and will provide a safe and fun environment of high-quality children’s activities that meet the low support needs of people with CHARGE syndrome and siblings. Staff hold a minimum Cert III qualification.
